Lovell Respond delivers comprehensive planned and reactive maintenance solutions, including a 24/7 responsive service. Our multi-skilled technicians offer a wide range of services and can take care of all of your property requirements from planned maintenance to installation.
Our areas of expertise include general building day-to-day responsive repairs, void property refurbishments, programmed maintenance and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repair.
Lovell Respond provide maintenance cover for domestic and commercial properties throughout the UK. Our services are all covered through the provision of locally based, highly skilled engineers operating out of one of our strategically based branches.
As of the 1st July 2010, Powerminster Gleeson Services became Lovell Powerminster Ltd trading as Lovell Respond, part of Morgan Sindall Group’s affordable housing division, Lovell.
Bringing together the two businesses’ complementary expertise and geographical presence, creates a UK-wide, planned and reactive maintenance and estates management services business under the Lovell Respond brand.
As well as the service provided by Lovell Respond, Lovell have a vast portfolio of large scale refurbishment frameworks, refurbishing and modernising up to twenty thousand properties each year. In addition we build around 2000 new affordable homes each year.
Lovell Respond focuses the financial strength, resources and experience of Lovell Partnerships Ltd and the Morgan Sindall Group to deliver excellent services to our customers.
