As a member of the M J Gleeson Group we share the same ethos – to deliver impeccable customer service.
Consolidating a wealth of experience in large-scale property refurbishment and community regeneration, we work closely
with one another, striving to delight customers and partners by delivering quality products and services, time after time.
Through our holistic approach, we’ve developed many long-term partnerships with local authorities, housing
associations, ALMO’s and RSL’s – providing a fully integrated range of services under one banner.
From large scale property refurbishment and home maintenance to regeneration, an on site CITB registered training
school and a 24/7 emergency call centre – we approach everything we do sensitively with a focus on listening and
understanding the aims and objectives of all stakeholders.
To provide sustainable regeneration with lasting benefits it is fundamental to engage with people of the local
communities in which we work. After all, it’s not the bricks and mortar that make a community, but the people
within it.
In partnership with Gleeson Capital Solutions, the Group’s specialist Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and Public Private Partnerships
(PPP) bid activity, we seek to identify potential investment and partnering opportunities to suit our expertise and investment
strategy. Since PFI was introduced,
we’ve signed 16 deals, with capital value in excess of £500 million. With our track
record, we’re well placed to provide an integrated PFI solution.
We treat our customers with respect and dignity, fully understanding that our place of work is someone’s home
or neighbourhood. That’s why we go the extra mile to enhance the quality of people’s life, offering:

The Government’s emphasis on achieving The Decent Homes standard has brought about
a need to move away from the old adversarial method of procurement, ‘the lowest price
wins,’ to a more collaborative approach.
Our approach to partnering involves all stakeholders – client, residents, key supply chain
partners and fellow contractors right from the start, to ensure that best practice methods
and economies of scale are delivered for the benefit of all.
Powerminster Gleeson Services are at the forefront of partnering initiatives and has been involved in working
with social landlords for many years. Our pioneering approach to partnership has led to
us being one of the most experienced companies within this field, with over 75% of the
Group’s workload carried out on a partnering basis.
The partnering ethos is fundamentally built into management practices and procedures.
We’ve a proven track record of delivering value and developing a common sense
teamwork approach, based on trust. Because of this, we feel there are many advantages
