What We Do.... At Powerminster Gleeson Services we are committed to our customers' needs. We seek to provide our customers with a 'total service' thanks to a broad based flexible organisation, delivered by a dedicated and professional workforce which endeavours to achieve the highest standards and is relentless in pursuit of excellence. Through innovation, new technology and modern methods we're able to deliver impeccable products and service to our customers continually. To help us achieve this we operate a 24/7 call centre and helpdesk. The customer contact centre and helpdesk is in many instances the centre stone of this pursuit of excellence, as it enables us to capture our clients requirements in real time.
Helpdesk functionality includes the capability to manage any escalations required to achieve completion, or additional resources/approvals required to complete work. It offers an integrated platform for supply chain management and effective budget control. The helpdesk covers all planned and reactive work.
In terms of asset management the helpdesk system is linked to the asset database providing real time visibility of asset life cycles, condition and maintenance schedules. This integrated approach allows us to effectively monitor individual work streams and tasks, providing comprehensive management reporting across each of our contracts.
In all instances our call centre is embedded in the ongoing after sales support of the initial construction phases of a project and therefore provide a natural synergy with the services provided by the consortia led by Gleeson Capital Solutions and the construction projects provided by Gleeson Developments.
