About this development/site: Cheshire Extra Care comprises 5 schemes to be built in 2008/9 in different locations within North Cheshire (Crewe, Ellesmere Port, Handforth, Middlewich and Winsford) by a special purpose vehicle (SPV), Avantage under the Government's Private Finance Initiative (PFI). Each site comprises a mix of tenure (social housing, shared ownership and leasehold)
