About this development/site: Leeds university provide around 450 student accommodation units. Some are individual dwellings whilst others are part of larger complexes powered by commercial gas systems.
The contract data base is spread widely across Leeds city centre. Special attention has to be given to student intake weekends as demands on resources can be high. Equally annexed accommodation relies on cooking facilities for student meals and heating, therefore attracts a 2hr response on all breakdowns.
