What We Do.... Powerminster Gleeson Service's
ethos is to deliver impeccable customer services. Consolidating a
wealth of experience in large scale property maintenance,
refurbishment and community regeneration, we work closely with our
various partners on all of our PFI projects to deliver a seamless
service for our clients from inception, design and planning through
to construction or refurbishment and ongoing though long term
maintenance and life cycle works.
Powerminster Gleeson Services signed it's first PFI Contract in
March 1999 and has been building up a portfolio of long term
contracts since that date in both HRA (Housing Revenue Account) and
non HRA projects.
