About this development/site: Bradford Community Housing Trust was launched in 2003 following a stock transfer of 25,000 homes from Bradford Metropolitan District council and rebranded as Incommunities in 2008. Incommunities is made up of six local housing trusts with regional offices. Powerminster Gleeson Services are the sole Domestic Gas Maintenance provider for the 18,000 properties which contain gas appliances or a gas supply .
