Powerminster - Gleeson Services

Housing

Everyone should be given the opportunity to rent or buy a decent home at a price they can afford, in a place where they want to live and work. It has been recognised for some years now that more homes are needed to meet the rising demands of our population that is both increasing and ageing.

The government has set out plans to provide three million more homes in England by 2020 which will include affordable homes to rent or buy.

Powerminster Gleeson Services have been providing managed services to the private and public sector markets for over 20 years. As a key facilitator in providing services to create decent homes, Powerminster today provides services to Registered Social Landlords (RSL), Private Finance Initiatives (PFI) schemes and Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMO) throughout the UK. Local Government aims have been to bring all social housing into decent condition, by 2010 it is expected that 95% of all social housing will meet decent homes standard.
