About this development/site: The Incommunities framework matrix was set up to allow mainframe partners to works alongside sub contract approved partners to deliver quality refurbishments to local housing in and around the Bradford area. Powerminster Gleeson Services have been involved on this matrix for the past three years working with mainframe partners such as Lovell Partnerships, Bullock Construction and Wates.
What we do: Powerminster Gleeson Services involvement on the above contract is based around the installation of Bathrooms, Kitchens and Central Heating installations in occupied houses being refurbished to meet Decent Homes criteria.
Innovation:
- Powerminster Gleeson Services have been selected as a preferred partner by Incommunities working alongside mainframe Partners.
- To create added value whilst utilising quality materials.
- To cut down on costly estimating processes by utilising a matrix scheme which can be applied to varying Social Housing Schemes.
- To eliminate disputes over valuations due to agreed matrix rates at the onset of the scheme.
