Powerminster Gleeson Services remains unaffected by the recent changes to the business of the MJ Gleeson Group in Sheffield.
The company, which employs over 100 people in its head office in
Sheffield and has regional offices in Manchester, Bradford, Leeds
(with Gleeson Capital Solutions), Scarborough, London, the East
Midlands and Kent, is currently seeing the rapid expansion of its
business in the regeneration and facilities management sectors,
which is largely due to its expertise in total building
maintenance, particularly on long term PFI (Private Finance
Initiative) projects.
Powerminster Gleeson Services has a number of prestigious long term
contracts including Sheffield Family Courts, Bradford Community
Housing Trust, Grove Village in Manchester and Ashford in Kent. The
company recently won a 25 year contract in association with Gleeson
Capital Solutions to provide facilities management services for the
Leeds Independent Living PFI project, with estimated revenues of
around £46m. Powerminster Gleeson Services now has a total
facilities management order book with an anticipated value in
excess of £140m.
